Geoff Andrews

Geoff Andrews has served as Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Diocese of Salina since 2020, supporting 15 schools across North-Central and Northwest Kansas. In this role, he works closely with pastors, school leaders, educators, families, and community partners to strengthen the Catholic identity, academic excellence, and long-term vitality of diocesan schools. A native of Salina and a graduate of Ellis High School, Geoff earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Kansas State University and a master’s degree in educational administration from Emporia State University. He later completed additional graduate coursework in district-level educational leadership at Fort Hays State University. Before joining the Diocese, Geoff spent nearly 15 years serving Salina’s public schools as a teacher, coach, and administrator. Geoff entered the Catholic Church in 2006 and is a parishioner of St. Mary Queen of the Universe Parish in Salina. His leadership is rooted in relationships, collaboration, innovation, and the conviction that Catholic schools are uniquely called to form young people as disciples of Jesus who are prepared to serve their communities and the world. Geoff and his wife, Valerie, have been married since 2006. Their son, Reid, is a seventh-grade student at Sacred Heart Jr./Sr. High School. As a family, they enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time together. Geoff also enjoys coaching, podcasting, and finding creative ways to share the joyful mission of Catholic education. Geoff is currently helping plan a pilgrimage to Italy for diocesan high school students in June 2027. He looks forward to sharing this faith-filled experience with students and families as they encounter the beauty, history, and universal character of the Catholic Church.
