Natural Family Planning

God’s Design for Love, Marriage, and Fertility

Helping individuals and couples understand their fertility, strengthen their marriages, and make informed decisions about their reproductive health through faithful, science-based education.

The Diocese of Salina Natural Family Planning Office provides education, resources, and support for individuals and couples seeking to live God’s plan for marriage and family life.

Natural Family Planning (NFP) is a scientifically based approach to understanding fertility that cooperates with the body’s natural cycles. Whether you are preparing for marriage, hoping to achieve or avoid pregnancy, navigating infertility, breastfeeding, perimenopause, or seeking answers about reproductive health, NFP offers valuable insights into your unique fertility.

We are committed to providing education that is faithful to Catholic teaching, medically sound, and supportive of the dignity of every person.

MISSION STATEMENT:

Because God’s most precious gift is that of life and because He allows men and women to be the co-creators with Him, the mission of the Salina Diocese Natural Family Planning Office is to educate people about the life-giving and love-giving purposes of sexual relations, and to provide Natural Family Planning instruction and formation to men and women of all ages.
