Communications

The Office of Communications exists to serve the Bishop and his mission. We strive to inform, evangelize, and proclaim the good news of our Catholic faith throughout the Salina Diocese and are the primary contact for the media. This office also manages the Diocese website, Social Media platforms, and Diocesan Publications. Most importantly, we are here to serve diocesan initiatives, parishes, schools, and ministries that are all important to the wider mission of the Church in Northwest Kansas.

In addition, they will pursue the following goals:

  • Share the joy of the Gospel and support the work of the Church through various digital platforms and diocesan publications.
  • Develop and implement a unified communications vision and strategy across the Diocese to strengthen relationships, engagement, and identity within the Church and the wider community.
  • Identify and use measurable communication tactics and media tools to strengthen evangelization and education of the public.
