Very Reverend James A Wehner Rector/President, Notre Dame Seminary Keynote: "Who Do You Say I Am?"
Very Reverend James Wehner, rector/president of Notre Dame Seminary, New Orleans will give the keynote at this year's Men's Conference. Father Wehner was ordained in 1995 for the Diocese of Pittsburg where he served as personal secretary to Bishop (now Cardinal) Donald Wuerl. He earned a doctorate degree in dogmatic theology, summa cum laude, from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. Fr. Wehner served as Rector of Saint Paul Seminary in Pittsburg for six years and as Rector/President of the Pontifical Josephinum for three years. He has authored "The Evangelization Equation: Who, What and How." This book is a crash course on the New Evangelization to which both John Paul II and Benedict XVI have called all Catholics. He explores the challenges and opportunities in American culture for spreading the Gospel including the very practical implications of the call. Father Wehner is a very engaging speaker. He will specifically address "Who Do You Say I Am" and "Evangelization - Is That For Me?"
Robert Rogers National Speaker, author & accomplished musician "Live a Life of No Regrets"
Robert experienced a tragedy of Biblical proportions when he lost his precious wife and all four children during a flash flood in Kansas in 2003. Through his immediate trust in God, Robert has risen above adversity and shared his compelling message across the country with ABC, CBS, CNN, Montel Williams, Focus on the Family, EWTN TV & Radio, Ave Maria Radio and numerous Catholic churches, schools, youth rallies and men's conferences. He is author of the book "Into the Deep: one man's story of how tragedy took his family but could not take his faith." Robert teaches others to live a life of no regrets with his inspiring words and original songs at the piano.
