Melissa Schoepf

Melissa grew up in Hays, KS. After graduating from high school, she attended Fort Hays State University where she earned a B.A. in Mathematics while competing with the Tiger softball program. After spending a few years in Washington D.C. and Kansas City in the business sector, she decided teaching was her calling in life. While earning a teaching certificate and an M.S. in Education from Fort Hays State University, Melissa taught 7-12th grade math in Sylvan Grove, KS. In 2012, Thomas More Prep-Marian opened the TMP-M junior high, and Melissa jumped at the opportunity to move back to her hometown and joined the first Junior High teaching staff. Melissa teaches junior and high school math courses, and in 2021, became the Assistant Junior High Principal.


She and her husband, Bryan, have two daughters, Brynn and Myka. She is also the head softball coach at TMP-M and coaches her daughters in the summer. When not at the softball field, you will find her traveling around to watch her children's activities or traveling with her family.
