2023 - Appointed pastoral care of St. Bernard Parish in Ellsworth, St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish in Kanopolis and St. Joseph Parish in Brookville as priests in solidum, with Father Fred Gatschet. Released from assignment as Parochial Vicar of Sacred Heart Cathedral Parish in Salina and St. Joseph Parish in Brookville. Will reside at St. Bernard Parish rectory in Ellsworth.

2024 - Released from pastoral care of St. Bernard Parish, Ellsworth, St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish, Kanopolis, and St. Joseph Parish, Brookville, as a priest in solidum, and appointed Pastor of these same parishes. Fr. Basil will also be taking over as Pastor of St. Mary Parish in Holyrood.
