Chad grew up in Hoisington, KS. He attended Friends University in Wichita to study English and Spanish. While studying abroad in Mexico and Costa Rica, Chad discovered that he wanted to teach Spanish and help youth. He went to the University of Kansas to obtain his Masters of Curriculum & Instruction. As a Spanish and ESL teacher, Chad worked in McClouth Public Schools, Orange County (FL) Public Schools, and Sacred Heart Jr/Sr High School in Salina. After teaching, he became the principal at Sacred Heart Cathedral Catholic School in Dodge City in 2010. He took the reins at Thomas More Prep-Marian in 2015, moving to Hays with his wife Sarah and their five children, Julia, Henry, Charles, Leo, and Abraham. Chad loves to work with others to accomplish great things and make life better for students, teachers, and families.
