The Eucharistic Conference will take place over the weekend of August 8th, 9th, and 10th. There will be optional activities on Friday evening and Saturday morning. The Conference will officially kick off on Saturday August 9th at 7pm with the Opening Session.
This event is hosted by the Comeau Catholic Campus Center. Registration and the opening session will take place at The Gross Memorial Coliseum on Fort Hays Campus. Breakout sessions will occur around campus.

Check in is Saturday from 5:00-7:00pm at The Gross Memorial Coliseum – Gate 2. If you are only attending on Saturday Sunday, you may check in starting at 8:00am at the same location.
Our schedule will break for lunch from 11:30am-1:00pm on Sunday. Lunch will be provided and available for pickup during the conference at a location TBA. All other meals will be on your own. Please visit this link to see coupons for restaurants in Hays.

Unfortunately, no. This is an in-person event. The closing Mass will be live streamed from the Diocese facebook page.

Attending all sessions and activities is the best way to experience this event. However, it is not required.
Casual attire is acceptable, but please avoid clothing that will distract or detract from the purpose of the gathering—to honor Jesus Christ in the Eucharist.
The Closing Mass is free to attend by individuals not registered for the Conference.

Shirts are available for preorder at the time of registration. They are $10/shirt.

You will be receiving an online form to register for your desired sessions. This will include the speaker, title of the session, and a short description.

Early bird pricing is available until July 1.
The cost is $40/adult and $30/child with parent. Lunch is included. A family package of $100 for families from the same house for registration plus $10 per person for the lunch. The event is free for clergy. Prices will increase after July 1.
Children may attend with their parent or attend the childcare (ages 2-11). There will not be programming for children at the conference.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for this event.
Full payment is due at the time of registration.
There is a family package to ensure no family living under the same roof pays more than $100. There may be an additional fee for families due to the provided lunch. Other group rates are not available.

Childcare is $30/child if registered before July 1. After this date, the price will increase.
