Katie Hamel (Greenwood)
Katie is the current creative editor for the Diocese of Salina. In this role, she manages faith magazine and The Register, as well as coordinates communications pieces for the Catholic Foundation for Diocese of Salina, with an emphasis on assets for the Bishop’s Annual Appeal – Call to Share. She is based in western Kansas. Prior to her current role, Katie served as Bishop Jerry Vincke’s assistant for two years. She is a graduate from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas and St. John’s Catholic Schools in Beloit, Kansas. Katie is a wife and mother.
