Amanda grew up in Hanover, Kansas and graduated from St. John's. After high school she attended to Benedictine College, Atchinson, KS, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education, and finished her Masters in School Leadership from Benedictine College in 2021. Amanda was a teacher and coach in Hanover for 20 years. She began her duties as Principal of St. John's in July of 2019. Amanda was raised Catholic and is a parishioner at St. John's Catholic Church. She and her husband, Jeff, have two sons and one daughter. They enjoy traveling, spending time with extended family and working on the family farm.
