This event is hosted by the Comeau Catholic Campus Center. Registration and the opening session will take place at The Gross Memorial Coliseum on Fort Hays Campus. Breakout sessions will occur around campus.

Does it cost to attend?
The cost is $40/adult, $30/child with parent, $30/child at daycare facility. There is a family package of $100 for families from the same house. The event is free for clergy.
Is there a group rate?
There is a family package to ensure no family living under the same roof pays more than $100. Other group rates are not available.
Do I need to check in?
Check in is Friday from 5:00-7:00pm at The Gross Memorial Coliseum – Gate 2. If you are only attending on Saturday, you may check in starting at 8:30am at the same location.
Where should I park for the conference?
We have access to all the parking lots and spaces on the campus of FHSU. We recommend the large parking lot by Gross Memorial.
What/Where will I eat?
Our schedule will break for lunch from 12:00-2:00pm on Saturday. Lunch will be provided and is part of registration, but you are also welcome to leave for the lunch time. Lunch is a basic sandwich (variety of flavors), chips, serving of fruit and vegetables, and cookie. Salad option for dietary restrictions. All other meals will be on your own.

Will the event be live streamed?
Unfortunately, no. This is an in-person event.

Do I have to attend the whole conference?
Attending all sessions and activities is the best way to experience this event. However, it is not required.
Can children attend?
Children may attend with their parent or attend the childcare (ages 2-11). There will not be programming for children at the conference.
What should I wear?
Casual attire is acceptable, but please avoid clothing that will distract or detract from the purpose of the gathering—to honor Jesus Christ in the Eucharist.
What is open to the public?
The Closing Mass is free to attend by individuals not registered for the Conference.
Where do I park?
Parking will be available for free on campus. Lot K will be the main parking lot for the Keynote Session in Gross Memorial Coliseum. Ticketing will still be enforced for parking rules (ex. fire lanes, handicapped, etc.) A parking map can be found here.
Do you have shirts?

Are there volunteer opportunities?
Yes, we are looking for volunteers to help during the weekend! The application can be found here. Please apply by July 24.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for this event.

What time is childcare offered?

Who can attend daycare?
Ages 2-11 are welcome at childcare.
These kids may also attend the conference with a parent, however, there will be no programming for children at the conference.
Is there a cost?
Childcare is $30/child if registered before July 1. After this date, the price will increase.
Where is childcare located?

What will my kids be doing?
Based on your child’s age, we have a variety of educational activities, crafts, and outdoor play on the schedule.
What will my child eat?
Lunch and snacks will be provided.
Will there be a naptime?
Yes, nap time is part of the schedule for young children.

Teachers from Holy Family Elementary
What do I need to send with my child?
If applicable, please bring diapers/pull ups and wipes for your child. Additionally, please bring a reusable water bottle with their name on it.
What if my child gets sick?
A child who appears sick upon arrival will not be able to attend.
Do I need to fill out any forms?
Yes, as we get closer to the conference, you will receive an email with the forms you must fill out for your child to attend daycare.
