Dear brothers and sisters,
I am sad to inform you that on, November 18, 2021, my mother, Fidelis (Faye) Vincke, died in Chesaning, Michigan, surrounded by many of her family members. She was 95 years old. She has been under Hospice care since early October after living in assisted living for the last several years. My mother was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Vincke, who died in 2000. They had ten children.
Funeral arrangements are as follows: Visitation will be at McGeehan Funeral Home Chesaning, Michigan, on Sunday, November 21, from 1-8 PM with Rosary and Vigil Service beginning at 7 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption in Saginaw, Michigan, on Monday, November 22 beginning at 11 AM. The family will receive guests preceding the funeral at 10 AM.
I very much appreciate all the prayers that many of you have offered on her behalf, and I ask for your continued prayers for our family and the repose of her soul. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace. Amen.
