These are fillable PDF forms. There are a couple of different things you can do with these forms.
Option 1–Download them to your computer and fill them out on the computer
- Fill them out
- SAVE A COPY TO YOUR COMPUTER (IF YOU PRINT WITHOUT SAVING IT FIRST IT WILL BE BLANK)
- Print them and sign them before you turn them in
- Save them to your computer, so you only have to edit and update them when you need them next.
Option 2–Adobe Fill & Sign
If you have Adobe Fill & Sign, you can digitally fill out the forms and sign them digitally.
- Fill them out
- SAVE A COPY TO YOUR COMPUTER (IF YOU PRINT WITHOUT SAVING IT FIRST IT WILL BE BLANK)
- You can either print these when done to turn in or email them as a PDF since you have Adobe Fill & Sign
- Save them to your computer, so you only have to edit and update them when you need them next.
Option 3–Print the form off and fill them out by hand.
